CIRCUIT Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and maintain logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates and terms.,Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to logistics operations.,Provide support to the Logistics Manager in strategic decision-making and project management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs related to logistics and transportation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
