You will utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project to create detailed project plans and cost breakdowns. With your expertise, you will help our projects stay on budget and on schedule, delivering high-quality results for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction and infrastructure projects using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze project data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including material, labor, and equipment costs, for project proposals and contracts.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present cost reports and analyses to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to improve cost estimation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
