📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and terms for raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration between production and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all logistics activities.
• Provide regular reports to the Operations Manager on logistics performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, preferably in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and transportation logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Familiarity with the powder coating industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
