📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met and production targets are achieved.,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in production processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor production team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports for management review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the agriculture or food production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve production goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production management and reporting.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
