📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and verify road logistics invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain and update invoicing records and databases to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.,Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.,Monitor and analyze invoicing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual invoicing reports to management.,Stay up-to-date with changes in logistics and accounting regulations and policies.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics invoicing, accounting, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
