In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our sales executives with various tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist sales executives in preparing and presenting sales proposals, reports, and presentations.,Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.,Coordinate with customers, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, and following up on inquiries.,Support the sales team in conducting market research and competitor analysis.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.,Provide administrative support to the sales department, including managing correspondence, preparing travel arrangements, and handling other administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a B2B or technology industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
