As an Assistant HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in the management of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis for management.,Support the HR team in the management of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
