Depot Kirana Dental Clinic is looking for a Deputy F&B Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the food and beverage services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B service management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the F&B service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Ensure the availability and freshness of food and beverages.,Coordinate with the kitchen and suppliers to maintain inventory and meet customer demands.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly.,Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B area.,Assist in planning and organizing events and promotions to attract customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide training and development opportunities for the F&B service team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
