📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in designing and implementing training schedules and curricula.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development roles.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
