Jaya Yoga Mart is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to hiring and onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure they are in line with company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.
