Asia Cargo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a passion for driving growth and innovation in the logistics and cargo industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our customer base and market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.,Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role in the logistics or cargo industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the logistics and cargo industry, including market trends and challenges.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
