📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.,Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies.,Implement and monitor security measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.,Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.,Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and other IT projects as needed.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a system administration or IT support role.,Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.,Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Understanding of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
