📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily accounting operations,Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and records,Prepare and process payroll for employees,Generate financial reports and analyze data to identify trends,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting,Train and mentor junior staff in accounting procedures,Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Resolve any discrepancies in financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Ability to lead and mentor a team
