PT Pratama Dwi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of cash handling procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies to prevent losses.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and financial reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash handling equipment and software.,Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or finance are a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
