Create and maintain a consistent visual identity for Crown Max Cemerlang across various platforms and materials.,Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of work.,Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our work.,Manage and optimize the design workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.,Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, websites, and social media content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.,Experience in managing and optimizing design workflows.
