📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of medical representatives and providing guidance and support.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales departments to achieve company goals.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and understanding of medical terminology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
