📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will help the company achieve its goals.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.,Lead and mentor a team of operations managers to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles, practices, and tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operations management software is a plus.
