📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, identifying potential tax risks and opportunities.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, providing training and development to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies into overall business plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
