Seed One Pratama is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with company goals and employee needs.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and educational materials.,Assess employee training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning initiatives into business strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
