📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to infection control protocols.Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals and fluids to patients.Promote a positive and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.Valid nursing license and certification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.🛠️ Keahlian
