📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise the operations team, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless operations across all areas of the hotel.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices.,Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and company policies.
