Accor Jaya is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and fleet management systems. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs, and monitor the progress of these tasks.,Oversee the fueling and refueling of company vehicles, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Track vehicle usage and mileage, and generate reports for management.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business administration.,Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
