Point Root Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for supporting our employees' growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff members.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve HR practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
