📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Develop and implement effective account management strategies and plans.,Monitor and analyze account performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client communications.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and performance.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing key client relationships.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.,Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant accounting and sales tools.
