📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the outlet to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Proven track record of sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
