IRIS Sentosa is seeking a Site Engineer to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This is an urgent position to oversee the construction and maintenance of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and technicians.,Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
