📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the dining service, including table service and bar service.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.
• High energy and enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
