📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to the developmental needs of 3-6 year olds.
Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Assist in implementing Indonesia's Early Childhood Education curriculum and National Education Standards.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive and child-centered approach to learning.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and community activities.
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged 3-6 years.
Strong knowledge of Indonesia's Early Childhood Education curriculum and National Education Standards.
Proven ability to create and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
