📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of M&E projects, working closely with senior engineers and architects.
• Perform site surveys, measurements, and data collection to support project planning and design.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to develop your technical and soft skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for our clients.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions for new projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the M&E industry (internships or entry-level positions are acceptable).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard design software.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in diverse locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
