In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing top talent to onboarding and training new hires. You'll also play a key role in employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions for various roles within the restaurant.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and make hiring decisions.
• Assist in the onboarding process, including orientation, paperwork, and training for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
• Facilitate performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
