📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and adherence to pharmaceutical standards.
• Provide patient education and counseling on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement medication management plans.
• Monitor and report on medication errors and adverse drug events to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices, regulations, and technological advancements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Active and valid pharmacist license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, drug interactions, and medication therapy management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management software.
