📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Overseeing daily operations, including invoice processing, collections, and customer follow-ups.
Implementing and optimizing financial processes using tools like QuickBooks and SAP.
Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Providing regular reports and financial analysis to senior management.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive overall financial health.
Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing financial processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
