📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Leading and managing the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Overseeing daily operations, including invoice processing, collections, and customer follow-ups.
- Implementing and optimizing financial processes using tools like QuickBooks and SAP.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Providing regular reports and financial analysis to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing financial processes.
