📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.
• Process and complete customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and customer service area.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house or cashier role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
